Public Relations and Eventmanagement

Public communication is indispensable for industrial companies and service providers in the Stuttgart Region. Medium-sized companies, characterised by hidden champions and complex, explanation-intensive products, can rely on the region’s communication specialists.

The PR agency Sympra has been writing for the Schnitzer Group for 16 years and communicates technical services to internationally operating companies. Industry and medium-sized businesses are in good hands with the Communication Consultants from Stuttgart. They are responsible, for example, for Metabo’s media work or the DIN magazine of the German Institute for Standardisation, naturally in A4.

If companies are concerned with internationalisation and the associated communication, Oliver Frederik Hahr and Gerhard Vilsmeier from Oha Communication advise clients such as the special glass manufacturer Schott or the technology company Trumpf. The Convensis Group from Stuttgart pursues its very own cluster communication based on ten levels. Recently, the Swiss lifestyle label Sevenfriday has been supplied with communication measures, event planning and influencer campaigns by Convensis.

The event agency Pulsmacher from Ludwigsburg underwent a self-experiment and, in pop-up style, moved into temporary office space in order to remain flexible and fresh. Findings from this phase enrich the events of the platform process of the IBA2027 StadtRegion Stuttgart, for example. The Stuttgart agency Follow Red, whose founder Ulrich Roth emphasises the importance of waste avoidance in promotional campaigns, knows how to make brand communication and events sustainable. Quartier Stuttgart is also setting an example with its green events and has already attracted attention at the German Sustainability Award in 2011. Agency Blumberg from Esslingen turns the tables and sets itself the goal of communicating for companies and organisations that act responsibly and sustainably and thus act as role models. Addressing potential customers and trade fair visitors directly is possible through the intelligent and appealing design of trade fair stands, for example at the Frankfurt Book Fair by Studio Visuell or at the Expo Real in Munich by Bruce B.
